PDI
Design an effective Pre-Delivery Inspection Process that guarantees a satisfied Client
The Automotive PDI process begins when a vehicle leaves customs, continues with the distributor & the dealer and ends with the finishing touches, such as a car wash and wax, provided by the final supplier before the vehicle is delivered to the client
PDI is a mandatory process in the automotive vehicle distribution chain, therefore the PDI system is an important link in the automotive performance improvement analysis.
